THE FELDMAN GOALS BOARD

What does success actually mean to you?

Not a generic resolutions list. Define success in your own words down the side, the areas of life it has to show up in across the top, and write the specific goal wherever they meet. Then download it, branded, and it becomes the plan.

THE FRAMEWORK

Two axes. One honest grid.

Most goal-setting starts from a template that isn't yours. This starts from your own definitions, then forces them to get specific everywhere they actually apply.

DOWN THE SIDE

What success means to you

Not a category someone else picked. In five words or less each, name what actually matters to you — wealth, freedom, legacy, whatever your own words are.

ACROSS THE TOP

Where it has to show up

The areas of your life — work, health, relationships, a specific person even. Success that only shows up in one area of your life usually isn't success, it's a trade.

IN EACH BOX

The actual goal

Where a definition of success meets an area of life, write the specific, real thing — not the vague version. "Lose 20 lbs," not "get healthier."

BUILD YOUR BOARD

Fill in the grid.

Rename any row or column to fit how you actually think about your life — add a column for a specific person if that's how it works for you. Everything stays on your screen until you choose to download or send it.

Whose board is this?
Year

Row labels work best at five words or fewer — that's what keeps a definition of success from turning back into a vague resolution. Columns can be as broad or specific as you want.
